What does MORO BORO mean?
MORO BORO is built on rhythm. Two words, same shape, same length. Like our bags: simple, balanced, made to be carried every day.
Are you a Belgian brand?
Yes. MORO BORO is designed in Antwerp. Belgium is where we started, and where every decision is still made.
Will you launch new products?
Slowly. When something earns its place in the collection, we'll add it. We don't release seasonal drops or follow trends. We design what works.

What's the difference between Canvas and Nylon?
The Classic Tote Bag is made from canvas. Heavier, breathable, ages well with use.
The Daily Nylon Bag is lightweight and water-resistant. The practical pick for commutes, the gym, or unpredictable weather.
Both are built for everyday. Choose what fits your routine.
Are the bags unisex?
Yes. Both bags are designed to work for everyone.
Will my laptop fit?
Yes. Both bags comfortably hold a 15-inch laptop. The Classic Tote has more interior depth if you carry extra.
Are the bags water-resistant?
The Daily Nylon Bag handles light rain without issue. The Classic Tote is canvas, which manages a drizzle but isn't waterproof. For wet weather, go nylon.

How do I care for my bag?
Canvas (Classic Tote Bag)
- Hand wash in lukewarm water (max. 30°C)
- Do not soak or wring
- If using a washing machine: cold delicate cycle, in a laundry bag
- Air dry only. No tumble dryer.
Nylon (Daily Nylon Bag)
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth, or hand wash in lukewarm water
- If using a washing machine: cold cycle (max. 30°C), preferably in a laundry bag
- Close all zippers before washing
- No tumble dryer. No ironing.
For the printed logo
- Never iron over the logo
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. iDEAL is available for Dutch orders. All payments are secured through Shopify Payments.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is sent automatically with your order confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can. Email info@moroboro.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Do you offer Klarna or buy now, pay later?
Not at the moment. We focus on the most-used European payment methods. Klarna or Afterpay may follow.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Belgium and the Netherlands. Free on every order. We're starting locally. More countries may follow.
How long does delivery take?
1 to 2 business days to process, plus 2 to 4 business days for delivery in BE and NL.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel ships.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays happen. Carriers get busy, weather causes hold-ups. If your parcel hasn't arrived after 7 business days from dispatch, email info@moroboro.com. We'll look into it.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery to return your bag. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We follow EU consumer law.
How do I start a return?
Email info@moroboro.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions within one business day.
Who pays for return shipping?
The client pays for the return.
When do I get my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving the returned bag. Funds appear in your account 5 to 10 business days after, depending on your bank.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Email info@moroboro.com with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
