Refund policy

At MORO BORO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all labels and tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of withdrawal notification
3. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via:

- Or by using the model withdrawal form (provided at the bottom of this page)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you within 14 days of receiving the goods
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval, in accordance with EU regulations
- Original outbound shipping costs will be refunded as well. Only return shipping is non-refundable
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@moroboro.com. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.

7. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging or tags
