We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following countries:

- Netherlands

2. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to Belgium and the Netherlands.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high volume periods, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package on the carrier's website or through our order tracking page.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at info@moroboro.com
- Include your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
- A replacement or refund will be issued where appropriate
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@moroboro.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
8. Customs and Duties
Currently we only ship within the European Union, so no customs fees apply.
