  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but already placed orders are not affected
  • In case of obvious pricing errors (e.g. €0.01 typo), we reserve the right to cancel the order

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order:

  • An order becomes binding only after we send you an order confirmation by email
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, unavailability of products, pricing errors, or failure to verify customer information

Order acceptance:

  • The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation
  • If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified and refunded promptly

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details.

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Goods remain our property until full payment is received (retention of title).

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery
  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason.

9. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with European regulations.

To make a warranty claim:

This legal warranty does not cover:
